Is it easy to return items?

Yes, absolutely! Our returns center makes the process super easy and user-friendly. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. 

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items fulfilled in the last 30 days. Sale items are eligible for exchange or return to store credit only.  Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Read more about our policy by country here.

How soon will I get my refund?

Due to current public health concerns on account of COVID, our team is processing orders a bit slower than usual. Once your items are inspected by us, you'll get your refund typically within 7-10 business days. Please note that refunds may take up to an additional 4 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank.

Can I exchange my item for a new size?

Yes, for sure! In the next step, you'll be prompted to select a new size + color for the item you're returning. We'll ship the new item to you as soon as your original package is en route.

How do I ship back my shoes?

Items should be returned in their original Alice + Whittles packaging, such as shoe boxes, inserts, etc. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email and step-by-step instructions.

What if I purchased my Alice + Whittles footwear from another store?

This returns center only accepts orders that were placed on www.aliceandwhittles.com. If you purchased your items outside of our online store and would like to return or exchange your order, please email support@aliceandwhittles.com for next steps.
